Meet little Pistachio! Sweet Pistachio came to the shelter as a young mom with her kittens. While she was an excellent and devoted mother, she’s ready to have a life of her own where she can be spoiled with attention. Pistachio is an independent woman, but the quickest way to her heart is playing, catnip and wet food! She loves sitting near windows and keeping an eye on the neighbourhood. She is an active, curious cat and will keep you entertained while she ‘hunts’ her toys. Pistachio is not typically a lap cat, but you will find that she is always nearby. She has lived with cats and two small dogs and had no issue letting the dogs know she was the boss! Pistachio would prefer a quieter home where her people can appreciate that sometimes she needs her own space. She would be fine on her own, but could also share the space with other calm animals.
