RE/MAX – Real Estate Outlook

RE/MAX is predicting the average price of a home in Kingston will increase by 3% in 2018.  The company has released its 2018 Housing Market Outlook Report and predicts the average price of a home in Kingston will rise to almost $342,000 next year.

It says the average price this year is almost $332,000…an 8% increase over 2016.

The real estate company says Kingston experienced an influx of buyers from the Toronto area this year.

RE/MAX expects Kingston to shift to a seller’s market in 2018 because of a relatively low level of new home inventory.
